Fire Cider is an amazing concoction of lemon, onion, horseradish, jalapeño, ginger, garlic, turmeric, rosemary, raw honey and apple cider vinegar. These will sit for about 4-6 weeks then I’ll remove the goodies. You take about a tablespoon of the liquid daily. It’s actually not very spicy (trust me I’m a spicy wuss)
People may use fire cider as a natural remedy against the flu and common colds. Additionally, people may consider fire cider to help relieve nasal congestion, support digestion, warm the body during cold seasons, and boost immunity.
(I make these to order may need 4-6 weeks if I don’t already have some going, PM for a better ETA)
